Location, location, location! This stunning exclusive property is perfectly situated on Lookout Beach. The views are spectacular and the ever changing lagoon and Lookout Beach create a unique coastal experience. The villa is also situated within walking distance to Lookout Restaurant and at times depending on the tide to Lemongrass restaurant. The living area is unbeatable. Beautifully decorated with coastal shades it blends beautifully with the natural background. The outdoor entertainment area with outdoor dining, sitting and barbeque facilities are fantastic. The pool is perfectly situated with a lovely beach view. The master bedroom and two of the rooms on the mezzanine level have sea views. There are another two very nice rooms which are back facing on the mezzanine level. The lower level rooms are more basic but perfect for older children. This house is extremely exclusive with amazing views.
Entrance into the 1’st floor of the house: a spacious open-plan TV lounge, indoor dining area (seating up to 16) and modern kitchen all offering front-row views of the Lookout beach & sea. Kitchen is well equipped with separate scullery/pantry.
Large glass sliding doors lead out onto the spacious furnished sea-facing patio and pool area with gas braai/bbq and wood burning fire-place. There are two sun-loungers on the patio. Outdoor dining table (bench style) seating 10. Bedrooms 3-5 are on this level. For cooler months – there is a gas fireplace in the lounge.
Stairs lead up to the top floor – Main and Bedroom 2.
The bottom floor has a small TV lounge and kitchenette, laundry and bedrooms 6-7. These are more basic rooms suited to teens. The parking area is on the ground-floor as well as the staff quarters. Store room with large drinks fridge, ice-cube machine & separate freezer. There’s a small garden area with bench seating overlooking Lookout Beach. There is a private gate accessed from the garden to Lookout Beach. Garden is fully enclosed and has external alarm security beams.

Swimming pool has no net, no fence and is open and uncovered, No children under 12.There is a small temporary moveable fence which may be installed, however this is not 100% secure.
