The impressive entrance hall greets you on arrival and leads off to the gracious dining room on one side and the stylish kitchen on the other. The large dining area has an antique dining room table seating up to twelve guests in total and has French doors leading to the garden. The living room has an open fireplace and flows out to the comfortably furnished terrace. It can be cordoned off from the kitchen when entertaining, or can be a wonderful space to interact as family and friends during meal preparation.
The well-equipped open plan, eat-in kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. This space invites families to gather together while preparing meals in the two ovens. One is an eye level electric oven and the second a large electric oven with gas hob. The two integrated fridge/freezers allow for plenty of food storage space. A separate playroom/TV room leads off from the kitchen, as does a separate laundry and scullery area.
The upper level of the villa is reserved for four spacious en-suite bedrooms and a central TV living area. The Master Suite has a large en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower and is furnished with a King-Size bed with a beautiful view. There are French doors leading on to a balcony and a view of Lion’s Head and the ocean.
The second bedroom overlooks the back garden and has a Queen-sized bed and an en-suite with a shower. The third bedroom has separate twin beds, an en-suite with shower, and a view of both mountain and ocean. The fourth bedroom is at the end of passage and has the same view as the Master Suite and third bedroom. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has a lovely en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The covered terrace has an outdoor dining table seating 10 guests as well as a lounge area offering an idyllic space for relaxing outdoors. The large landscaped garden leads to an automated and child-safe, solar heated swimming pool measuring 3.5m x 8m. The pool deck has a seating area and is perfect for enjoying sundowners while soaking up the view.
