The lower level of Villa Leeuwenhof is spacious and airy with indoor living areas flowing seamlessly through to outdoor terraces. The front terrace has a comfortable and stylishly furnished outdoor lounge. Large glass foldback doors lead to the dining area and beyond to the cosy indoor lounge. The living room is lined with bookshelves, and if the contents tempt you there is plenty of comfortable seating inviting you to relax for a while. The dining and lounge areas are divided by a fireplace, and beyond the lounge is the open-plan kitchen making cooking a social affair.
The kitchen has large glass doors leading to the back terrace with seating for al fresco dining. This is set in a peaceful garden with a solar-heated swimming pool (not fenced). As the villa is situated on the front slopes of Table Mountain, the view at the back is on to a wonderful wooded area that provides a sense of peace and tranquillity.
At the front of the villa there is a separate TV lounge that creates yet another option for comfortable relaxing. Just beyond it is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper level and a second central TV lounge. There are two bedrooms on either side, all with full en-suite bathrooms. Those at the rear of the villa open on to private balconies with mountain views while those at the front have large windows with views over the city and across to the ocean. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and the other two have twin beds that can be converted to King.
