On the entrance level double doors open on to a comfortably furnished patio that is ideal for soaking in the perfect view of Lion’s Head and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. Steps lead down to a swimming pool and wooden deck. There are three bedrooms on this level and stairs lead up to the living areas on the level above.
The master bedroom has doors leading out to a small deck with steps down to the garden and pool. This spacious room has a King-size bed, a feature bath right in the bedroom and a separate en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is next to the master bedroom and is furnished with a Double bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The third bedroom is down the passage and has windows overlooking the pool. There is a Double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans for hot summer nights.
Stairs lead up to an expansive living area with a central dining room. On one side there is a beautifully furnished living area and an enclosed study and TV lounge. These rooms each have a television and share a double-sided fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen with a small lounge area and fireplace is to the other side of the dining room. All three rooms have large windows for enjoying the incredible view that stretches out over the city to the ocean and mountains beyond. There are doors leading on to balconies allowing for fresh air to circulate throughout and ceiling fans in all the living rooms.
The kitchen is a wonderful space for enjoying meal preparation together and is equipped with excellent appliances. There is a separate scullery.
Both levels have guest toilets and there is a separate laundry room on the lower level.
