Upon entering this unique pocket villa you are able to gaze right through the house to views of Table Mountain and Devils Peak. The lounge, dining room, kitchen are all open plan and decorated impeccably with a combination of contemporary, art-deco, Scandinavian flair. Wall to wall glass sliding doors makes this space bright and inviting.
The bright and light modern, fully equipped kitchen is complete with all relevant mod-cons including washing machine, dishwasher and a Espresso machine. The dining area has a 8 seater table and leads into a comfortable TV lounge area that offers plenty of space for relaxation. Both the dining area and lounge lead on to a large patio with private pool and dining table providing seating for 6 people as well as 2 sun loungers from which to soak up the sun.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms. The main bedroom is elevated on the top floor for the best vantage point from which to enjoy views of Table Mountain and Devils Peak. The large glass sliding doors open out to a private balcony from which to enjoy your morning coffee and breath in the clean atlantic air. The en-suite bathroom is light and bright and complete with modern fittings. The second bedroom is located on the first floor and equally beautifully furnished. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower and is well located for easy access to the bedrooms. A small third bedroom is available on special request for an additional fee.
