A beautiful entrance foyer leads to airy open-plan living areas with wooden floors, muted décor tones and large glass doors opening on to both a side and front terrace. Indoor living spaces blend seamlessly with outdoor ones, creating an easy flow along with multiple options for relaxing and socialising. The indoor dining area is comfortably arranged for both small family meals and extended gatherings. The lounge has a fireplace for cooler evenings and a LCD projector for enjoying sport, music concerts or movie nights. Artworks have been carefully selected to enhance the villa design.
The front deck is furnished for dining, curling up with a book, lounging at the pool, or catching up with friends around the wood-fired barbecue. This is a peaceful area for enjoying sunny summer days and evenings. The side terrace offers another al fresco dining option and has a gas barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with superb appliances and is designed for enjoying the mountain views and easy socialising. There is a separate scullery with a second oven and a laundry room beyond that. The lower level also has a separate playroom with TV and gaming console as well as a study.
All four bedrooms are on the upper level, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom offers plenty of space with a large bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower as well as a dressing area. Fold back glass doors lead on to a balcony and the King-size bed faces windows that fold back entirely for maximum enjoyment of the mountain views.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, full en-suite bathroom and a door to a small balcony. A sliding door leads to the third bedroom but this room also has the option of a separate external entrance to allow for complete flexibility in rooming arrangements. The bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a small kitchenette and lounge. A door leads out to a furnished terrace that is shared with the fourth bedroom.
The fourth bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The shared terrace has loungers and cushioned chairs for soaking up the sun and the surrounding mountain views. The upper level of the villa also has a comfortably furnished TV lounge with black out curtains for the perfect family movie night.
