One of the original villas built on the slopes of Table Mountain in the exclusive wind-free area of Fresnaye, this villa boasts views across the Atlantic Ocean and all the way to Robben Island.
This large, three storey designer villa has been featured in lifestyle magazines and has been used for International Film shoots. Furnishings are a mix of modern sofas and antique pieces.
The villa sleeps 12 guests in six beautifully appointed bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms. Four of these are on the upper level of the villa. There are two suites comprising a bedroom, bathroom, and small lounge area on the lower level. One of these is at the front of the villa leading out to the pool and has a small kitchenette as well. The other is at the rear of the lower level and is accessed via a separate set of stairs. This layout makes the villa perfect for various sizes of groups, and allows for privacy when extended families are travelling together.
When entering the villa, a large entrance hall leads through to a huge double volume living space. There are wrap around glass walls which open onto a garden and terrace with sofas and a dining table to enjoy breakfast overlooking the ocean and suppers on balmy evenings.
The terrace has a retractable awning to allow for shady lunches on hot days.
There is a formal dining room with a large mahogany table and a more casual dining room adjoining the open plan kitchen. And here we have any chef’s dream come true! The kitchen is fitted with top quality appliances including a steam oven. This open plan designer space is perfect for creating superb culinary delights.
The terrace and garden on this level have stairs leading down to the large walled garden with a Koi fishpond feature and swimming pool.
