Being in the Cape, one of the world's richest floral kingdoms, Serenity is grounded in its own little piece of virgin fynbos heaven. Untouched and unspoilt. Naturally beautiful in every way. A sun deck wraps around the perimeter of the villa, maximising views of the Twelve Apostles peaks, Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach and the painterly sunsets that the Cape's Atlantic horizon is famous for.

Located in the cosmopolitan seaside village of Camps Bay, Serenity is an easy walk to Cape Town's best rated restaurants, vibrant beach bars and pristine palm-lined beaches. Camps Bay is internationally known for its startling natural beauty.

Serenity is situated 8kms from the waterfront and city centre, 1km from Camps Bay village and 90kms from the Cape of Good Hope.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
A choice of six bedrooms provides capacity for ten to twelve guests to stay comfortably.

The first bedroom is sea facing with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning and a bath and outdoor shower. The second bedroom is mountain facing with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning and a bath and detach shower.
The third bedroom is sea facing with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning and bath and shower.
Bedroom four is mountain facing, with two single beds, air-conditioning and bath and detach shower. The fifth bedroom is garden facing with a Queen size bed, air-conditioning and a shower.
Lastly, the sixth bedroom or gym, in the basement has a Queen bed, air-conditioning and a shower which is not en-suite.

Living Areas:
Extensive entertainment facilities are an integral aspect of the villa, including an outdoor fireplace, Jacuzzi, and L-shaped heated pool. A well equipped gym has stunning design features, such as a view directly into the inky jet black swimming pool beyond. Internet access is available throughout the villa and satellite connection on every widescreen TV.
There is satellite TV in the lounge and all the bedrooms. There is a Smart Home system for music in all areas as well as a DVD player in the lounge and media room. The lounge has a fireplace for those cold winter days and there is a playroom with a tennis table for more entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities such as a stove, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoor:
The garden and outdoor area boasts a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi as well as an outdoor shower. There is a water feature in the garden and a barbeque to be used. There is also a steam room on the property.
