Aside from the uninterrupted views, Villa Ava has a wonderful easy flow, with an open-plan lounge, dining area (seating 8), and a beautiful, modern kitchen with stainless steel finishes. Doors slide back to create seamless access to the pool and more gorgeous views. Overall design is clean and contemporary, and the additional family room is a great area for kids to relax and entertain themselves.
Outdoor:
The rim-flow pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and lawn on the same level as the indoor/outdoor entertainment area. There is a gas BBQ and Weber and double garage for 2 cars.
