Prices quoted are for cash or electronic transfers only. All offers are subject to availability and the home owners' approval. Prices do not include contract fee, security deposit or optional housekeeping, unless so stated.

Any e-mail message is confidential and intended solely for the person to whom or the entity to which it is addressed. All the contents and any attachments remain the property of Icon Properties CC unless so stated by contract. If you are not the intended recipient, you are prohibited from reading, copying, using or disclosing any message received to others. If you received a message in error, please notify the sender immediately by replying to this e-mail or by telephoning +27 21 424 0905 and thereafter delete the message. Icon Properties CC does not accept liability for any personal views expressed in this message.

Terms & Conditions:

  • 50% deposit on confirmation of booking
  • 50% balance payable 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

Should the Lessee cancel the lease more than 2 months before the date of arrival, the Agent shall retain 30% of the total accommodation fee.

Should the Lessee cancel the lease less than 2 months before date of arrival, the Agent shall retain the full 50 % deposit plus admin fee.

Should the Lessee cancel the lease less than 1 month before the date of arrival after the full accommodation fee has been paid, the full amount will be retained. However, should the venue be re-let by ICON, the Lessee can apply for a refund. ICON management would determine such refund.
