Villa on a Golf Estate

Renowned property representative Oyster Circle required that this villa, on the Pearl Valley Golf Estate in the Cape’s Winelands, be turned into a 5-star get away.

The house has wonderful indoor-outdoor flow, with open-air entertainment areas and up-stairs decks offering wonderful views.
All-weather furniture was essential to keep maintenance to a minimum; we chose practical, comfortable pieces without stinting on style.

The casually chic open-plan French-style kitchen provided an inspirational hub; its large central work island is the only division between the dining room and the informal lounge. The lounge itself, with its huge modular sofa and overstuffed cushions, is designed to invite relaxation.

The formal lounge and a study required a more sophisticated feel; here dark mahogany and natural teak woods contrast elegantly with French washed units. An en suite bathroom and guest toilet lead off the foyer, where a play of mirrors and chic African artwork invite you in.

On the landing, we created a stylish nook to enjoy the view through the French doors onto the balcony. The French theme continues in the three large en suite bedrooms that entice with romantic fabrics and furnishings, while the palette is soothing and tranquil
