Villa in Campsbay

This double storey villa generally caters to the rental market, although the owners also use it as an occasional residence. Our task therefore was to tastefully combine the cosy, welcoming feeling of home without revealing personal intimacies.

As it is situated close to the beach, with a strong relationship to mountain and sky, we were strongly influenced by natural elements in appointing this three-bedroom residence. An abundance of natural materials such as hemp, raw wood, rattan and shells thus form part of the functional décor and lend a contemporary earthiness.

The style within the three living areas is classic; muted hues ensure a calm, classy ambiance, while each space is given distinctive character with unique art pieces.
